All-Inclusive Early Bird Pricing
(Includes lodging, meals, and all activities)
- Shared Room* (Two Twin Beds): $535 USD per person
- Private Room** (Full, Queen, or King Beds): $585 USD
Important Notes:
- **Private Room sizes vary from Full to King beds and are assigned in the order reservations are received.
- *If you select the Shared Room option for the Twin Beds room without a roommate, we will do our best to match you with one. If a match cannot be made, your booking will be upgraded to the Single Occupancy price of $585.
- The King and Queen Private Rooms can be booked as Double Occupancy if you and a friend are willing to share a bed. To inquire about this option, please email us at hello@abeautifulfix.com.
Pricing Details:
- Early Bird Pricing Ends January 1, 2025. Reserve your spot by this date to lock in the special rate—prices will increase by $100 afterward.
- Registration closes when all spots are filled. The retreat is limited to 7 participants MAX, 4 if single occupancy only. Book now to secure your spot!
- Retreat payments are non-refundable unless we cancel the event for any reason, in which case you will receive a full refund. See full cancellation policy below.

What's Included
Your retreat includes:
- Lodging at The House of Healing for 2 nights.
- Arrive Friday at 4 PM to settle in and connect as we begin our journey together. Depart Sunday by 2 PM, renewed and empowered for the path ahead.

- Travel expenses, including transportation to and from The House of Healing in Davis, IL.

Cancellation Policy
Because this retreat involves significant planning and upfront commitments, refunds are not available. However, we offer the following options to support you:
- Participant Transfers: If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another approved participant. This ensures we maintain the retreat’s safe and supportive environment. Once the transfer is complete, your payment will be fully refunded.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If hazardous snow or ice conditions are forecasted to make travel unsafe, we will cancel the retreat and issue a full refund. This decision will be made no later than January 10, 2025, based on official weather forecasts.
- Minimum Participant Requirement: We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if we do not meet our minimum number of participants. In this case, payments made in full by participants for this retreat will be fully refunded.
Please note: If the retreat proceeds as planned but you are unable to attend due to weather or other personal circumstances, no refunds will be issued. Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans, which may help cover unexpected changes in your plans.
