The world feels a little… intense right now. Maybe a lot.
And if you’ve been feeling that weird mix of “Should I be doing more?” and “Can I just hide under a blanket and binge [insert any guilty pleasure reality show]?” — same.
But here’s the thing I keep coming back to:
What if feeling wonder right now isn’t naive — what if it’s necessary?
Like, what if that moment where you actually pause long enough to notice the color of the sky, or the weird little leaf stuck to your windshield, or the way your coffee smells at 2:13pm… isn’t frivolous?
What if that’s the medicine?
This week on the pod, I’m joined by Kenna Brooke, a 1/3 Manifesting Generator with emotional authority (in human design speak, that means she’s built to experiment, feel things deeply, and follow what lights her up). She’s made a whole life — and podcast — around this idea. It’s called Endless WONDR.
We talk about surrender, slowing down, and the kind of “get high on life” moment that sometimes starts with a little ayahuasca and a whole lot of trust.
But before that…
Here’s your tiny invitation for this week:
Just pick one moment a day to pause.
Like actually pause.
No scrolling. No fixing. No overthinking.
Just… breathe.
Look around.
Feel whatever’s there.
That’s it.
Because I don’t think we need to add more to our lives right now.
I think we just need to feel the parts we already have.
xo,
Tracy
P.S. We go deeper with Kenna on A Beautiful Fix this Wednesday. If you’re not already following the show, you can find it on Apple or Spotify. Join us!
