When You Don’t Have It in You

Ever have one of those weeks where you just… don’t have it in you?

Like your body is showing up, but your spirit is quietly whispering, “Can we just not today?”

That’s where I’ve been lately.

Tired.
Tender.
Tapped.

I wish I could say I’ve been floating through the week with high vibes and sparkly affirmations, but the truth? I’ve felt heavy.

The world’s felt heavy.

And when it all feels like too much, I’ve learned (the hard way, many times) that pushing through isn’t always the answer.

Sometimes the most productive, aligned, honest thing you can do… is pause.

Feel the feels.
Step back.
Be real with yourself, even if it’s messy.

And maybe let someone else know you’re feeling it too.

So if the world’s energy has tapped you on the shoulder this week and said, “Hey, maybe not today,” you’re not the only one.

You’re not broken.
You’re just human.

Your Invitation This Week:
If you’re feeling a little off—let yourself be.

Take a breath.
Cancel something.
Text the friend back later.
Be softer with yourself than usual.

This week, the fix isn’t about doing more.
It’s about letting yourself just be.
