What if I could hand you a permission slip to stop pretending, stop fixing, and start being exactly who you were born to be?
Not the version of you that’s water-downed or toned-down.
Not the version that plays it safe or keeps the peace.
Not the version that overachieves to feel worthy, stays quiet to be liked, or hustles for her value.
Just… you.
Human Design handed me that permission slip. And once I read it, I couldn’t unsee it.
It was like someone finally turned on the lights. Suddenly, all the things I thought were flaws made sense.
Like why I can feel everything in a room before anyone speaks.
Why I second-guess things I already know.
Why rest isn’t optional—it’s required.
Why I light up around the right people and shut down around the wrong ones.
I used to fight all of it.
Now? I work with it. I honor it. I build around it.
Because your “flaws” aren’t flaws.
They're your body's way of begging you to listen.
And Human Design is the language it’s been speaking all along.
This month on A Beautiful Fix, I’m finally peeling back the curtain on Human Design starting with this week’s solo episode.
But for now, here’s your invitation:
What would change if you stopped seeing your sensitivities, quirks, and “too muchness” as something to fix—and started seeing them as your design showing you the way?
Try it for one week. Trust yourself a little more. Work against yourself a little less.
Let’s see what opens up.
Here's to remembering who you are,
xoxo, Tracy
P.S. This week’s episode introduces Human Design in the most non-intimidating, zero-fluff way possible. If you’ve heard the term and wondered if it’s for you—this one’s for you. Follow A Beautiful Fix on Apple, Spotify, or wherever you tune in.
