Hey, quick check-in.
You good?
Because I’ve been thinking about something since I wrapped this week’s podcast interview, and I want to drag you into it.
You ever get so used to running on fumes you don’t even realize you’re on E? Like, “Sure, I’m exhausted, but it’s fine… I’ll just power through.”
We love to slap the label “burnout” on it and keep going. But what if that feeling isn’t something to fix? What if it’s trying to tell you something?
This week, I’m talking to Monica Stein, a former engineer who hit a wall so hard she couldn’t ignore it anymore. And instead of crawling back to her old life, she built something entirely new. Energy healing. Ayurveda. The works. We even touch on her Human Design.
It didn’t start with a 5-step plan. It started with a full stop. She listened. To her body. To the nudges. To the stuff she’d been too busy to deal with.
So here’s my question for you:
What is your body saying right now? And are you even hearing it?
Is it asking you to slow down? To quit something? To say no?
What if the burnout isn’t a breakdown… what if it’s the billboard?
Here’s your challenge for the week:
Each day, jot down one thing that drains your energy and one thing that gives you some back. Nothing fancy. Just take note. Patterns are powerful.
We’re diving deeper on this Wednesday. Follow the podcast, A Beautiful Fix if you want to be the first to hear Monica’s story when it drops.
You might not need to do more. You might just need to listen.
