What Do You Actually Want?

What Do You Actually Want?

Not what you should want.
Not what you’ve convinced yourself to settle for.
Not what looks good on a vision board or makes your partner, boss, or best friend proud.

What do you actually want?

If that question makes you feel blank, panicky, or weirdly annoyed? You’re not alone. Most women I know have spent decades performing instead of tuning in. Somewhere along the way, we stopped asking. Stopped trusting the answers. Or assumed the window had closed.

But desire doesn’t disappear. It just gets buried under obligations and other people’s expectations.

So this week, the invitation is simple:

Strip it all back.

No roles, no rules, no noise.

What would you want if no one else got a say?

You don’t need a five-year plan.
You need to remember how to listen to your body.
That quiet nudge or pull toward something.

The way your chest tightens or your shoulders drop when something’s right or wrong.
Most of us learned to override all of that.
Human Design gives you a way back.

It’s about remembering what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

Start there.

Tracy

P.S. New here or curious what this Human Design stuff even is? Start with last week’s podcast episode where I break it all down. And if you haven’t grabbed your free chart yet, you can do that right here. You’ll just need your birth time, date, and location. You don’t need to know it all. Just start exploring.
