There’s something about the way Khinya Wade lives her life that makes you want to slow all the way down.
She doesn’t just cook. She creates meals in her outdoor Earth Kitchen using a clay, wood-burning oven — like stepping back in time, but better. She doesn’t rush through life. She romanticizes the tiny, everyday stuff. And not in a “perfectly curated charcuterie board” way. In a deep breath, barefoot, this moment matters kind of way.
It made me look at my own routines differently. What if making dinner, folding laundry (yes, even laundry. maybe), or even walking to the mailbox could feel more like living — instead of rushing to get to the next thing?
So here’s your gem this week:
You don’t need a whole lifestyle overhaul. Just pick one moment today and move through it with intention. Light a candle (maybe even try cooking by it). Play a song. Take your time.
I’m talking with Khinya on Wednesday’s episode, and I can’t wait for you to meet her. I'm simply in awe of her.
Also, final reminder — today’s the last day to grab a personalized Human Design session at the Small Biz Saturday rate. A few other goodies are on sale too — scroll to see everything.
Catch you next week,
xo Tracy
