I’ve had a love/hate relationship with working out for most of my life. Heavy on the hate.
Just me?
And yet… I fully believe in it. I know how important it is, especially as we get older. Our bodies are incredible vessels that deserve to be cared for and strengthened. I even know that, as a Generator in Human Design, I’m literally built to move and expend energy.
I get it. I do.
But I’m not a gym rat. I’m more of a long-walk-in-nature, deep-stretch-yin-yoga type of girl. The kind who craves movement that feels nourishing, not punishing.
But I’m learning that strength doesn’t have a single look or vibe. It can be loud or quiet. It can come from lifting heavy things or from lifting yourself out of old stories that no longer fit.
That’s exactly what we’re diving into on this Wednesday’s episode with Diane Flores. She’s a coach, breathwork guide, and longtime personal trainer with a wild story that starts in teenage motherhood and moves into full-blown empowerment. She’s living proof that when you take care of your body, everything changes — your mindset, your confidence, your energy, your voice.
So here’s your little invitation this week:
What would strength look like if it wasn’t about pushing harder? What if it was about choosing yourself—again and again?
We’ll dig deeper on Wednesday. But for now, let this be your reminder: you don’t need to be anyone else’s version of strong. Just your own.
xo,
Tracy
