Money’s Not Just Math

Money’s Not Just Math

Your relationship with money has very little to do with numbers.

Yes, you should know your numbers. Yes, it helps to have a plan. But if you’re like most women I know, money carries a whole lot of other baggage — emotions, old narratives, weird guilt, avoidance, fear, shame, even some buried grief.

And let’s not forget the whiplash of living in a world that says “don’t let money define you” and then quietly measures your worth by it anyway.

I've been thinking about what it means to feel financially confident and calm. And what would it feel like to make money decisions from trust instead of tension?

What does it mean to feel financially confident — and not just confident, but calm?
What would it feel like to make money decisions from trust instead of tension?

This week, I invite you to maybe take a moment to pause and check in with your relationship with money.
How does it feel?
What are you chasing? What are you avoiding? What old stories are still driving the show?
You don’t have to solve it all this week.
Just start noticing. Awareness is the first step to rewriting the script.

No spreadsheets required right now. Just curiosity.
If money’s been a little charged for you lately (hello, January spending remorse), or if you’re finally ready to untangle what money means to you — you’re not alone.

More on that in this week’s podcast episode. But for now, just start there.

Catch you Wednesday,
