I’ve been looking around my house differently this week asking… does this still feel like me?
I love my home, but it’s never really been a reflection of me. We bought it thinking we were going to go in and redo everything to our taste. Yeah. Well then life showed up and had other plans.
It’s funny how we slowly grow into new versions of ourselves while our environments stay the same. Our tastes shift. Our energy shifts. What we need shifts. And yet our spaces, our schedules, even our habits can stay frozen in some older version of us.
Human Design has made me pay attention to energy. The way I’m wired and how I move. The environments that either support that or subtly work against it. When my outer world doesn’t reflect who I am now, I feel it.
This week’s episode is a conversation about living in your wheelhouse. About aligning your outer environment with your inner truth.
And bringing selfish back? Choosing you? It might look like rearranging a room. Clearing a corner. Changing how you use a space. Or admitting something doesn’t fit anymore.
So here’s your invitation this week:
Walk into a room you use every day and notice how it feels. Your body will tell you more than your brain will.
That’s enough for now.
We’ll go deeper on Wednesday.

P.S. Go deeper with us on A Beautiful Fix this Wednesday. If you’re not already following the show, you can find it on Apple or Spotify and we're starting to add episodes on YouTube! Come subscribe and hang out with us there.
P.P.S. I’ll be at Sisterhood Social’s Pour Back self-love event in Michigan City today offering complimentary mini Human Design sessions. It’s SOLD OUT, but I’ll be spending a full day this July at the Worthy by Design retreat helping women see themselves clearly and work in alignment with their Human Design.
