I’ll be honest—my energy’s been weird lately.
Not bad, just… off. Like I’ve been moving through mud.
Slower. Quieter. A little foggy.
But instead of pushing through it or making myself wrong, I tried something different this time.
I let it be.
I gave myself permission to slow down, trust the timing, and not force a spark that clearly wasn’t ready.
And now? I can feel it shifting.
My energy’s coming back online. Ideas are bubbling. Things feel lighter again.
So this week, I’m leaning into that by heading into a 5-day business retreat—no big agenda, just open-hearted space to see what wants to come through next. And honestly, I’m excited that I don’t know what’s coming. That’s kind of the point.
It’s a good reminder:
You don’t always need a plan.
You just need a little space.
Even 15 minutes of breathing room—without your phone, your to-do list, or your self-imposed pressure—can open a window for something new to drop in.
So maybe this week, give yourself just a little bit of that.
Not to get an answer. Just to make space for one to find you.
