Have you ever met your energy? Like, actually met her?

Not the you that shows up on time and powers through.
Not the you who smiles while screaming internally.
Not the caffeinated version. Not the weekend version.
The real one. The one underneath all the efforting.

Because she’s trying to talk to you.
She’s been whispering it for years.
And you keep ignoring her.
Because she’s “too sensitive,” or “too inconsistent,” or “too much,” or “too slow.”

And now you’re tired in a way that sleep doesn’t fix.

You’ve hacked your routine.
Tracked your habits.
Cleared your calendar.
Taken the baths. Lit the candles.
Sat with your feelings, wrote them down, lit the sage, and still felt stuck.

And you’re still not okay.

Because all of that is useless if you’re forcing your energy to move in a way it wasn’t built for.
You can’t mindset your way out of misalignment.

What if you’re not too scattered?
What if you’re not “bad at follow through”?
What if you were never meant to be linear, predictable, or productive in the way you keep trying to be?

This is the conversation no one had with us.
Not in school. Not in therapy. Not in corporate.
No one handed us a map for how we are wired.
How our energy wants to move.
What makes us magnetic vs. miserable.
What pulls us forward vs. what drains the absolute life out of us.

That’s why I started paying attention to Human Design.
Because it didn’t tell me how to fix myself.
It reminded me that I didn’t need fixing.
I just needed to stop outsourcing how I live, work, decide, rest, show up.

And let me tell you:
When you stop treating your energy like a problem,
it finally starts working for you.
