Go Do Something Playful and Useless

Go Do Something Playful and Useless

Quick little love note as you step into the week…

When’s the last time you did something creative without making it a thing? Not a project. Not a productivity hack. Just a weird little moment that made you smile.

Because when life gets full, our creativity is the first thing we shove into the junk drawer. It gets buried under “stuff that matters” like deadlines and dinner prep even though it’s often the one thing that keeps us feeling human.

So here’s your Thought Gem this week:

Make something silly. Something delightful. Something just for you.

Sketch on a napkin. Rearrange your snacks like a charcuterie board for one. Make a playlist that no one else will understand. Dance badly on purpose.

Your creativity doesn’t need a purpose. It just wants a little airtime.

And if this one hits, just wait for Wednesday’s pod. I’m sitting down with Lauren from ilaSTRATE — an artist and entrepreneur who’s built her entire brand around creativity, intention, and doing things her own way. She’s also a 1/3 Sacral Generator in Human Design, which means her magic comes from following what lights her up… and learning through experience. Can’t wait for you to meet her.

Not sure what your Human Design type is? Might be time to find out.

But for now? Go make something that would never survive a Shark Tank pitch. You deserve joy that makes zero sense.

Catch you Wednesday,
xo Tracy

P.S. Go deeper with us on A Beautiful Fix this Wednesday. If you're not already following the show, you can find it on Apple or Spotify. Join us!

P.P.S. Quick heads-up — if a 1:1 Human Design session is on your wish list (or your gift list), now’s the time. My session prices are going up in January, so December’s your chance to grab one at the current rate. You can book one for yourself or gift it to someone who’d love a little clarity and insight. Grab your session here
