Floor crying. Not my best look.

Floor crying. Not my best look.

I’ve been there. You’ve probably been there. Dana Hunter Fradella’s definitely been there.

I’m talking about the sit-on-the-floor, ugly cry where you can’t tell what’s tears and what’s snot and you’re past the point of caring. Mine wasn’t cute. Hers wasn’t either. But here’s the thing… those moments gut punch you into clarity. They’re the ones where you finally blurt out, “Enough. Something has to change.”

In Human Design, Dana’s a 3/5 Splenic Projector — which means when a crystal-clear nudge hits, she’s built to trust it. Later in her story, she got one of those Splenic hits. It came once, quick and quiet, and it was enough to change her entire direction.

She’s joining me on the podcast next week, and when you hear her tell her story, you’ll know exactly why I adore her — and you’ll probably see a piece of yourself in it too.

Your invitation this week?
Don’t fake “fine.” If you’re running on fumes, admit it. If you hit your floor-cry moment, let it come. Then get up, wipe your face, and make one move toward the life you actually want.

Because sometimes that breakdown is just the warm-up act for the breakthrough.

In snot and sisterhood,
xo Tracy
