February’s here, which means the world’s about to be covered in red hearts and tiny chalky candy that says things like “be mine.”
But this year?
We’re flipping Valentine’s Day on its head.
Because the truth is, you can’t love anyone else well if you’re not loving yourself first. So this month, no matter your relationship status, let’s go all in on you.
Love on yourself a little louder.
Say yes to what you want.
Say no without guilt.
Look in the mirror and wink at that gorgeous soul staring back.
This is the year of choosing you. Prioritizing you. Trusting the way you’re made. We’re bringing selfish back (yeah 🎶).
It’s why I’m so obsessed with Human Design. It gives you the tools to know yourself, not just conceptually, but energetically. To understand the way you’re wired, the way you move, the way you thrive and to love that version of you, not some made-up version the world told you to be.
And that? That’s true love.
Speaking of loving on yourself…
Yesterday morning (while still in bed, breaking every “no phones before breakfast” rule), I saw that A Beautiful Fix is now ranked in the top 3% of podcasts globally.
I had to blink a few times to make sure I wasn’t imagining it.
Then I paused. Took a breath. And let myself take it in.
A year ago, I was just someone with a mic, a hunch, and a LOT of nerves. Now here we are. Fifty-six countries, 644 cities, and a whole lot of gorgeous conversations later.
