New favorite word just dropped: Flawsomeness.
Let’s be honest.
You Don’t Have to Be Polished to Be Powerful
A lot of us are still wasting energy trying to smooth out all the edges before we step into the spotlight.
But what if the edge is the whole point?
This week, I talked to Kristina Paider — a screenwriter, TEDx coach and such a cool, beautiful human. And she dropped my new favorite concept: Flawsomeness.
It’s the mashup of your flaws and your awesomeness. And it’s where your real power lives.
Not the curated version. Not the “fixed” version.
The one who panicked underwater.
The one who shook before the speech.
The one who still shows up.
So here’s your invitation for the week:
What are you still trying to hide that might actually make you more magnetic?
You don’t need to clean it all up first.
Just show up as the you who feels like you.
That’s the one we trust.
The full episode drops Wednesday. And yeah… it’s a good one.
Flawsomeness activated,
xoxo Tracy
