How often do you question the very things that make you… you?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how often I question the very things that make me… me.
The way I move through life. The way I make decisions. The way I don’t always do things the way other people seem to.
For a long time, I assumed that meant I needed to change, adjust or just be different.
More and more I'm sure that those parts, are the point. They're kind of the key to everything.
On Wednesday, I’m sharing more on how learning and understanding my Human Design shifted the way I see myself. And what changed when I finally got it.
Trust that the way you are is not random.
But before we even get there, here’s something to sit with this week:
Where are you trying to edit yourself?
Where are you assuming you’re wrong when maybe you’re simply built differently?
You don’t need to overhaul your life. Just notice. Notice what you second guess. Notice what you try to smooth out.
Sometimes choosing yourself starts that quietly.
We’ll talk more on Wednesday,
xo Tracy
P.S. Go deeper with us on A Beautiful Fix this Wednesday. If you’re not already following the show, you can find it on Apple or Spotify and we're starting to add episodes on YouTube! Join us & subscribe!
P.P.S. I’ll be at Sisterhood Social’s Pour Back self-love event in Michigan City, IN, on Feb 22 offering complimentary mini Human Design sessions, and I’ll be spending a full day helping women see themselves clearly and work in alignment with their Human Design at the Worthy by Design retreat this July. If you want to learn in person, details are in the show notes. Come join us.
P.P.P.S. I also quietly launched two new Human Design reports last week. Rediscover You is your personal blueprint. Connections is all about understanding your relationships. If you’ve been curious but not ready for a 1:1 session, this is a beautiful place to start.
